Currently supported CRMs
Sync registry data to Klaviyo profiles, trigger events, and keep attributes up-to-date
Connect with Mailchimp audiences, update contacts, and map registry info to merge fields
Use Listrak APIs to manage contacts, segmentation fields, and event-based registry flows
Receive real-time registry updates via secure webhook events (signup, update, deactivate)
ℹ️ If you are using other CRM solutions, it is possible for you to integrate with them using our WebHook.
Prerequisites
Before setting up any CRM integration, please ensure the following are in place:
You have administrator access to your CRM account
You can generate and manage API keys, list IDs, or webhook endpoints
Your CRM supports JSON or REST-based data intake
How It Works
Two sync modes are available:
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Listrak integrations run once daily
Webhook integration pushes data instantly to your endpoint
Data Mapping
All integrations share a base set of fields:
